Sometimes your computer isn’t feeling well and tries to tell you something: blue screen, unexpected shutdown, incomprehensible error message, etc. These are signs of an issue with your machine’s operation.

Every computer needs at least annual maintenance at the software level (malware analysis, defragmentation, etc.), but also hardware (removing dust, ensuring components don’t overheat, etc.). This helps prevent slowdowns and breakdowns.

We can help you diagnose and repair hardware or software issues affecting your computer.

Software problems are often the easiest to resolve and can sometimes even be fixed remotely without an on-site visit.

Hardware issues can be more challenging to identify. In such cases, we’ll handle your machine on-site or at our workshop and provide you with a replacement if needed.

Depending on the diagnosis, your computer could be repaired remotely, at your location, or at our repair workshop.
