Hours can be used for different types of services (support, maintenance, technology projects, etc.). You decide when and how you want to use your hour quota.

This formula allows you to directly budget your needs for a rolling 12-month period. This can be practical, for example, to allocate part of next year’s activities to this year’s budget.

The more hours per pack, the better the hourly rate. This discount goes up to 30% on our 30-hour packs for individuals and 50-hour packs for businesses.

On the first day after each month, you receive an email with the detailed breakdown of your pack usage for the past month. You always know exactly where you stand.
