Total flexibility

Hours can be used for different types of services (support, maintenance, technology projects, etc.). You decide when and how you want to use your hour quota.

This formula allows you to directly budget your needs for a rolling 12-month period. This can be practical, for example, to allocate part of next year’s activities to this year’s budget.

The bigger the pack, the better the hourly rate: from €115 down to €100 per hour for individuals (VAT incl.), and from €115 down to €105 per hour for businesses (excl. VAT), compared with €120 for on-demand support.

On the first day after each month, you receive an email with the detailed breakdown of your pack usage for the past month. You always know exactly where you stand.
