Here are the 5 key steps of our support process

Step 1 - Schedule your appointment

Use the link below to book your support session at the date and time of your choice. Our system is connected to our technicians’ calendars.

The on-demand rate is €115 excl. VAT for business clients and €115 incl. VAT for individual clients.
For on-demand support, we charge a minimum of one hour. After the first hour, billing is calculated in 30-minute increments.

The “package” rate is reserved for clients who have purchased a Prepaid IT Support Package at a more advantageous rate (up to 30% discount).
With a “package”, billing is calculated directly in 30-minute increments from the start.

“On-site”: A technician travels to your office or home to resolve the issue.
“Remote”: The solution is found without travel, using TeamViewer, our secure remote access software.

We prioritize remote support whenever possible to ensure faster service and optimize travel costs. Depending on the nature of your issue, your technician will guide you to the most suitable option.

Choose a date/time

Step 2 - Confirmation and intervention details

We review your request before validation. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the technician’s name and a calendar invitation to block the date in your schedule.

Step 3 - The intervention: remote or on-site

Depending on the type of intervention:

  • Remote: The technician calls you at the scheduled time and asks for your one-time TeamViewer codes to connect to your computer. If TeamViewer is not yet installed, you can download it in advance using the link below.
  • On-site: The technician arrives at your location at the agreed time to resolve the issue.

Step 4 - Invoicing and payment

Within 48 hours of the service, you will receive the invoice by email with bank transfer payment details (due within 14 days). During your first intervention, please provide your VAT number if applicable.
