How to read your invoice
Three layers, three separate lines.
The licence protects, Care makes sure someone uses it, projects move your IT forward. Nothing is buried in a flat fee.
Licences
Microsoft 365, antivirus (Microsoft Defender or ESET): we resell and manage them, on a separate line. Care operates your antivirus, it does not include it.
Computile Care
Day-to-day operation of your IT and a pool of support hours. A monthly amount known in advance.
Projects
Anything that changes your IT: taking over an existing setup, migration, new computer, network. Always quoted separately, in project hours, and approved by you before we start.
Care Business · 5 to 25 computers
A base fee for the company, a price per computer.
The base fee covers everything that concerns the whole company: your Microsoft 365 tenant and licences, your domains and DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), documentation, follow-up of your third-party services, the monthly report and a quarterly review with management. Its amount depends on the complexity of your environment, assessed during the initial assessment.
Care Support
IT upkeep and everyday support.

- 15 minutes of support per computer per month, in a shared pool carried over for 3 months

Care Enterprise · from 26 computers
Beyond 25 computers, you choose your volume of hours.
Support becomes a monthly block of hours, sized on your actual usage. Already renewing hour packs several times a year? We replace that line with a fixed monthly fee, and the year’s projects are budgeted in advance instead of landing mid-year.

Network Care

Your UniFi network monitored: an offline device or a degraded link is detected, firmware is kept up to date, and 30 minutes of remote changes are included per site per month.
NAS Care

Your data monitored continuously: a failing disk is detected before it breaks, DSM and firmware are updated cleanly. Synology Active Insight included.
Microsoft 365 backup
€5 per user
Backup of your mail, OneDrive and SharePoint. Included in Care Premium.
Servers

Monitoring and upkeep of your servers, physical or virtual.
